I love that the staff can access their schedules on their phones or PCs. I also love that all of your support staff speaks with clear English and are easy to understand. The chat feature is great also.
Convenience of When I Work
I like that When I work, once you learnt he system is user friendly. The copy forward for shifts and repeat feature has made scheduling very easy. Also the attendance tracking is a good feature to help double check any system that may already be in place.

I have been very happy with the When I Work app! It is very user friendly and easy to use on our companies side as well as the contractors for adding shifts. It has a lot of different functions and makes it easy to add up hours, enter shifts, accept shifts and cancel shifts.
